How much does a custom home cost in Northern Tasmania?

Why do builder quotes vary so much for the same house?
Usually it comes down to what's actually included in the price — allowances, inclusions and contingency. We'd rather give you a fixed, detailed figure upfront than a low number that grows once construction starts.
What should I budget for plans and design?
This varies by project complexity and designer. We talk you through a realistic design budget during your Consultation, before any commitment is made.

How long does a custom home take, start to finish?
Timeframes vary with design complexity and site conditions. We'll give you a realistic program during Design & Cost Planning, before your Fixed Price Proposal is issued.
How quickly will I hear back after I enquire?
Alex or Joby personally reviews every enquiry and typically calls back within 2 business days.

What's a Pre-Construction Agreement?
It formalizes our working relationship before design begins, setting out how the Design & Cost Planning stage will run so you know what to expect.
What happens after handover?
You move straight into your 12-month defect period, backed by our 6-year structural warranty. We stay in touch well beyond that — we don't disappear once you've got the keys.
Will I deal with one person throughout my build?
Yes — Alex or Joby is your point of contact from the first call through to handover, not a rotating cast of project managers.
